The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.
The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.
All prices are final prices.
According to §19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged or shown separately.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online shop.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.
If delivery delays occur, we will inform you immediately.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
Liability under product liability laws remains unaffected.
